Try out this Mugwort tea recipe:
Mugwort Calming Herb Tea Blend
Ingredients:
- 1 tblsp. china black, english breakfast, or irish breakfast tea, or loose green tea
- 2 tsp. lemon balm
- 1 tsp. eyebright
- 1 tblsp. mugwort
- 1 tblsp. rose hips
Steps:
1.) Blend all ingredients together in a glass jar.
2.) Measure out 1 Tblsp. per cup of tea. Pour boiling water over and let steep 10 minutes.
3.) Sweeten with honey. Add milk if desired.
