Dark Chocolate Cake

Who doesn’t like chocolate?

Here’s a recipe for a cake:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee (O Organics Organic Aztec Blend Ground Coffee 10 Oz )
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Take a large bowl & combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  4. Then make a well in the center & pour in the eggs, coffee, milk, oil and vinegar.
  5. Mix until smooth; the batter will be thin. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Put into oven & bake for 35 to 40 minutes (or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean).
  7. Cool
