I am a geek woman and a wise woman. I embrace alternative lifestyles and most fandoms with open arms. I don’t have to prove my nerd/geek credit to anyone, but me. Whether I’m reading, watching, researching or being a hardcore gamer who doesn’t sleep (not that my body would let me do that). Nobody gets to tell me, what fandom that I do or don’t belong to. Many of my fandoms conflict with each other, but I just don’t care. I like what I like. I read fanfiction, a lot of them are better than the TV series; I also love several characters that seem, to me, to be a better fit than the TV show version couples. I will support empowering all women, both real and made up, mostly all of the amazing female characters that make me feel like I am Wonder Woman. Be the Doctor & not a companion. Buffy not Bella. Nobody’s sidekick, or love interest or trophy wife/female. This is my ship to pilot the way I want it to go.
